Authorisation-compliant and optimal operation
In addition to providing evidence to authorities, we ensure that all approval-relevant measures are carried out on your plant, the associated peripherals and the compensatory measures. We monitor the asset performance and evaluate possible anomalies and deviations. The supplementary research and evaluation of optimisation approaches and their implementation are part of our service. We also provide you with comprehensive support in applying for and implementing selected measures.
Complete contract management
We take a comprehensive view of all of the asset’s contracts such as maintenance and supply contracts, marketing contracts, contracts with tax advisors and auditors, lease contracts and other contracts with municipalities and local authorities. In addition to monitoring all contractual deadlines and performance obligations, we also check contracts for legal requirements and adapt them to new requirements. Regular analyses of the market enable a continuous benchmark. If necessary, new tenders are issued for identified contracts, comparative offers are obtained and concluded or amended contracts are coordinated.
Claims management
We work on your behalf to assert claims against service providers and, if necessary, we organise and coordinate legal consulting services for this purpose. Our monthly or quarterly reporting provides information on relevant technical and commercial key figures, special incidents and important legislative updates. We coordinate all relevant information closely with the commercial management of your asset.

Commercial management
Intensive and meticulous
To ensure that your energy park runs smoothly, not only must technical maintenance and servicing be optimally coordinated, but commercial issues also require intensive and accurate management. The basis for this is legal requirements and new developments as well as many deadlines. greenwind is an expert partner when it comes to managing the commercial aspects of your wind park or solar park. This is carried out in close coordination with our technical management and/or directly with you.

Accounting and deadline management including the comprehensive commercial management of the SPV/operating companies and the assertion of claims, the processing of all payment transactions (checking and coordination of invoices and credit notes), monitoring and active management of monthly energy invoices, documentation of all business transactions, processing of all payments within the scope of lease contracts and timely submission of invoices to tax consultants/the tax office.
Financial accounting including the bookkeeping of all business transactions and compliance with statutory deadlines, including OPOS monitoring, dunning and the preparation of outgoing invoices, and implementation of statutory retention periods.
Regular reporting with customised reporting based on customer requirements and the preparation of accounting/business analyses.
Annual financial statements and tax returns, i.e. coordination and commissioning of a tax consultancy firm to prepare annual financial statements and tax returns, including all necessary preparatory work.
